I believe that everyone deserves to eat good food. And wherever I am in the world I’ll make for the market where local people shop. I’ll bring you interviews with food writers about their favourite markets, producer stories, food stories, what’s in season. Whatever interests me, I hope it interests you too, with food at the heart.
