I love that list of varietal names! I really wish it was possible to order a box or large tray of interesting varieties directly from an apple grower in the UK.

Wouldn't that be wonderful. Given the restrictions imposed after Brexit, it's a nightmare for food producers to send or receive goods.

I grew up in Kent and I weep at the lack of variety in shops. Thankfully my organic box people give us a different apple every week.
